WHY CHOOSE A PRIVATE TOURS?
Most of our customers enjoy having the benefits of a private tour. You have your own guide. You can make resting stops when you please. We can tailor the tour to suit your needs and preferences. We always choose the best guide for your needs, whether you are a family, an art school, or a company doing an incentive event.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PRIVATE TOUR AND A SELF-GUIDED TOUR?
On a private tour you will be accompanied by a knowledgeable and experienced guide, who can provide you with a commentary on the areas you will visit and show you places that you perhaps wouldn’t see on your own. On a self-guided tour, you will travel around the city or the museums unaccompanied, not fully understanding what you are looking at and with the risk of missing things out.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE TOURS?
We are offering only Private tours at the moment. We do not offer many small shared group tours anymore as a direct consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic.

WHAT LANGUAGE IS THE TOUR IN?
All tours are conducted in English only unless otherwise requested. Other languages available for all private tours on request

HOW MUCH FLEXIBILITY IS THERE ON THE TOUR?
Our guides are specialised in competent supporto and personal assistance, so you can be assured of personal attention at all times. You can make a resting stop at any time and also you will be able to stop and take pictures at any time, at one of the many places that your guide will show you along the way.

I HAVE A MOBILITY RESTRICTION OR HEALTH CONCERN
We will work with you to the best of our ability to ensure you’re able to enjoy our city at a comfortable pace and within a reasonably safe, respectful environment.

HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE TOUR?
If you have planned on visiting Florence during the High touristic season (april, May, june, and September) we highly recommend you to get ahold of us as soon as possible. During those months there is a High possibility tickets go sold out.

CAN I SWITCH THE DATE OR THE TIME OF MY TOUR?
For private tours, we purchase your requisite entrance tickets as far in advance as possible, as soon as you pay for your tour with us. We always try to accommodate any changes you request as far as possible and according to the availability of our guides. Keep in mind that the tickets of the museums in Florence are not refundable.

DO I HAVE TO SEND A DEPOSIT?
To leave a deposit is suggested but not compulsory.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before the scheduled start time of your tour without problems. Instead, prepaid tickets are not refundable.

WHERE WILL I MEET MY GUIDE?
Your guide will meet you directly at your hotel/lodging of not otherwise required.

DO I HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE DURING THE TOUR?
We Will book skip the line tickets so you don’t have to stand in any line. Please note that delays and lines are always possible, due to the new security alert, even with prebooked tickets.

WHAT IS YOUR RAIN POLICY?
My tours are provided even in case of rain. We’ll use umbrellas and raincoats. We are flexible as far as we can. We can change the itinerary or reschedule the tour (if available).

WILL WE USE HEADSETS?
We can opt for using headsets where the participants are 6 and over, or anytime the required to. At some museums headsets are mandatory for 6 or more people.

IS IT APPROPRIATE TO TIP YOUR GUIDES?
Tips are happily accepted. It’s considered to be a sign of appreciation and indicative of the fact that you enjoyed the tour. When asked, the office staff recommends whatever amount you feel comfortable with giving.
